Thank you for shopping with Kleen Soap Co.! Our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we take care when preparing and packaging every order.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because many Kleen Soap Co. products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, and periods of high order volume.

Pre-order and made-to-order products may have different processing or shipping dates. Any special timeframe will be stated on the applicable product page.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a product or promotion specifically includes a different shipping rate.

Any free-shipping promotions will be subject to the terms stated with that promotion.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Kleen Soap Co.’s control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@kleensoapco.com.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos when applicable.

For packages marked delivered but not received, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Holiday & Pre-Order Items

Holiday collections, gift baskets, pre-orders, and other special-release products may have specific shipping schedules. Please review the individual product listing for applicable deadlines and estimated shipping dates.
